Delagua has adopted the Neighbors & Crops relationship coffee model from LA PALMA & EL TUCÁN, challenging the status quo and positively impacting traditional coffee farmers at La Sierra Nevada. By partnering with local farmers, Delagua can produce high quality coffees while conserving water and keeping the local ecosystem contamination free.
