Almost 25% of Milton Monroy's farm consists of the Gesha varietal. Over the years he has mastered the Natural processing method on his Gesha coffees and most recently became a finalist in the 2023 Colombia COE. Milton calls this lot "Gesha Clouds", both for being grown at the highest elevation among the clouds at his farm and for the cup result "touching the sky". We have to agree!
