One of the goals at Daterra is to find coffee varieties that can strive through the challenges imposed by climate change and coffee disease. Finding a varietal that is resistant AND delicious was even more difficult, until now.
This Paraíso varietal has shown both resistance characteristics and a great, complex taste. Our brews are tasting like Cherry Liqueur, with sparkling Red Berries and Hazelnut.
