The AMA project is a joint venture between Luiz Paulo and Saša Šestic of Project Origin. This project aims to elevate coffees in Brazil, which are mainly known for their high production blenders, and make Geisha a more accessible varietal. This is the first successful Carbonic Maceration Geisha from Brazil!
This Geisha differs from classic Brazilian coffees just as much as it differs from the Panama or Colombian Washed Geishas you may be used to. Lower acidity than Panama Geisha, yet more fruity and less nutty than classic Brazilian coffee. It strikes a comforting balance between notes of caramelized nuts and peaches n' cream, and that is why we chose it as this years Christmas coffee!
