Intrinsic Cherry is a natural coffee that undergoes a short fermentation process. After floating the cherries and quality analysis, the coffee is left to ferment overnight in aerobic conditions. The next day, the drying process begins. This process is carefully monitored to ensure that the coffee develops a silky body, phosphoric acidity, and delicious flavors.
Giovana Boutet inherited this farm from her parents and has been there for 41 years. Her children currently work on the farm with her and she hopes to pass on her passion and knowledge to them.
