Abel Salinas and his wife Lidia Marianita began planting coffee on their 7 hectares of land in 2016, after years of producing tomatoes and other perennial crops. With the help of a fellow successful coffee growing neighbor, not only did they learn how to produce great coffee, but they also managed to win the 2021 Ecuador Cup of Excellence!
